专利摘要:
Arrangement for measuring the ratio between a number of sequential events occurring in a first series of events and a number of events in a second series of events, each series activating a pulse generator (P1, P2) included in the arrangement. The arrangement further comprises a counter (C) which is stepped forward by the pulses generated by the pulse generator (P1) controlled by the first series of events. A multiplying arrangement (D1) receives the counter value of the counter (C) and multiplies this value by a factor m where m indicates a selected part of the received counter content. The multiplying arrangement (D1) receives on a control input, a pulse from the pulse generator (P2) controlled by the second series of events. When the arrangement (D1) receives that pulse it feeds a signal to a subtracting input of the counter (C), which signal reduces the counter content by a number of steps corresponding to the multiplication result, so that the counter content varies between two limit values. An indicating unit (I) is arranged for indicating the difference between this two limits thus showing the quotient between the number of events of the two series of events.

专利说明:

The invention relates to radio measurements and can be used, in particular, to determine the number of calls in telecommunication systems.
A device is known for measuring the ratio of the number of pulses in two series, which contains a register at the inputs of the cascades of which a signal is supplied from the timing element, two monostable elements that generate start and stop pulses, and fans through which pulses arrive [1).
This device does not have sufficient reliability.
Closest to the proposed technical essence is a device containing input shapers, the inputs of which are connected to the input buses, and the output of one is connected to the input of the reversing counter, the second reversing counter, shift register, setpoint and indicator element [2].
However, the known device does not provide sufficient accuracy.
The purpose of the invention is improving accuracy.
This goal is achieved by the fact that in the device containing a reversible counter, one input of which through the first pulse shaper is connected to the first input bus, the second pulse shaper, the input of which is connected to the second input bus, the setup signal adjuster and indicator, a switch is inserted, a switch and a controlled multiplier, the information input of which is connected to the output of the second pulse shaper, the control input is connected to the first output of the reverse counter, and the output is connected to the second input p Eversive counter directly and through the switch with the output of the setpoint signal generator, the second output of the reverse counter connected to the first input of the indicator, the second input of which is connected via a switch to the switch.
The drawing shows a structural electrical diagram of the proposed device.
The device comprises a reversible counter 1, pulse shapers 2 and 3, a controlled multiplier 4, an indicator 5, a multiplier 6, a switch 25, a switch 8, and a setpoint switch 9.
Input signals are fed to input buses 10 and -11.
The principle of operation of the device is as follows. 5
Shaper 2 produces pulses for the total number of calls, and Shaper 3 produces pulses corresponding to the number of blocked calls. Counter 1 steps forward after every 10 pulses received from the shaper 2. Multiplier 4 receives information about the contents of counter 1, multiplies its value by a factor and provides the result of multiplication by the other 15 input of counter 1, when the multiplier 4 receives a pulse from the shaper 2. The multiplier 4 multiplies the contents of counter 1 with a coefficient and, which is less than unity and gives jq the result, which is used to reduce the contents of counter 1 by the corresponding number. The result of the operation of multiplication is also served on the indicator, constantly showing the instantaneous value of the relationship between two series of events. In order to make it possible to control the relation of different series of events, the information corresponding to the mentioned series of events can be read out from the setter 9 through the switch 8, if necessary. In addition, the reading of the ratio can be made when taking readings through the multiplier b, which is. 35 multiplies the contents of counter 1 with coefficient w.

The invention relates to radio measurements and can be used, in particular, to determine the number of calls in telecommunications systems. A device for measuring the ratio of the number of pulses in two series is known, containing a register, the inputs of which cascades are given a signal from the timing element, two monostable elements that produce start and stop pulses, and gates through which the pulses I} arrive. This device does not have sufficient reliability. The closest to the proposed technical entity is a device containing input drivers, the inputs of which are connected to input ishns and the output of one switch to the input of a reversible counter, the second reversible counter, shift register, setting unit and indicator element 2. However, the known device does not provide sufficient accuracy. The purpose of the invention is to improve accuracy. The goal is achieved in that a device containing a reversible counter, one input of which through the first pulse shaper is connected to the first input bus, the second pulse shaper whose input is connected to the second input bus, the setting signal setpoint indicator, and the switch, a switch and a controlled multiplier, whose information input is connected to the output of the second pulse driver, the control input is connected to the first output of the reversible counter, and the output is connected to the second input meters of the reversible counter directly and through the switch with the output of the setpoint signal adjuster, the second output of the reversing counter connected to the first input of the indicator, the second input of which through the switch is connected to x 1 switch. The drawing shows a structural electrical circuit of the proposed device. The device contains a reversible counter 1, shapers 2 and 3 pulses, a controlled multiplier 4, an indicator 5, a multiplier 6, a switch 7, a switch 8 and an air sensor 9 of the setpoint signal. Input signals are fed to the input buses 10 and -11. The principle of operation of the device is as follows. Shaper 2 produces pulses for the number of calls, and Shaper 3 produces pulses corresponding to the number of blocked calls. Counter 1 steps forward after each pulse received from generator 2. Multiplier 4 receives information about the contents of counter 1, multiplies its value by a factor and gives the result of multiplication to another input of counter 1, when multiplier 4 receives an pulse from generator 2. Multiplier 4 multiplies the content of counter 1 with a coefficient m, which is less than one and gives the result that is used to reduce the contents of counter 1 by the corresponding number. The result of the multiply operation is also fed to an indicator that constantly displays the instantaneous value of the ratio between two series of events. In order to provide the ability to control the referral of various event series, the information corresponding to the mentioned event series can be read out of the setting device 9 via the switch 8 if necessary. In addition, the reading of the ratio can be made when taking readings through the multiplier b, which multiplies the contents counter 1 with a factor of t. Formula of the invention A device for measuring the ratio of the number of pulses of pulse sequences containing a reversible counter, one input of which through the first A pulse driver is connected to the first input bus, the second pulse driver, the input of which is connected to the second input bus, the setpoint signal adjuster and the indicator, characterized in that, in order to improve the accuracy, a switch, a switch and a controllable multiplier are introduced, an information input which is connected to the output of the second pulse generator, the control input is connected to the first output of the reversing counter, and the output is connected to the second ,. the input of the reversible counter directly and through the switch with the output of the setpoint signal setting device, the second output of the reversing counter being connected to the first input of the indicator, the second input of which is connected to the switch through the switch.
